The 2022-23 BTA Winter Social season has started

Despairing of playing any tennis this winter? Or hating the fact you have to dress in Arctic expeditionary gear just to play a few sets? We’ve got the solution!

Once again this winter the Boulder Tennis Association will be offering indoor tennis “socials” in the Rocky Mountain Tennis Center bubble, located on the south side of the Millennium Hotel, 1345 28th Street, 80302. We will be holding seven of these events over the course of the cold season, with our first one coming up Saturday, Dec. 3, from 8:00 – 10:00 p.m., and then repeating roughly every other weekend throughout the winter.

Everyone is welcome. Play is a round-robin format: after a warm-up, play will consist of three 35-minute rounds, with players moving up or down a court depending on results. So everyone gets a chance to meet and play against new players each round.

With a limited number of available courts, it’s first come, first served. Court costs are $20.00 per person. For more information, or to register, go to our Winter Socials page.

If for some reason a registered player finds that they are unable to attend, he/she is responsible for filling their spot. Should an issue come up, you can contact our Winter Socials coordinator, Pat Edwards, at socials@bouldertennis.org.

So join us for a fun and successful 2022-2023 Winter Social season. Cheers!
